Where we offer our services
All of our services are provided in person at one location: 9899 Airport Road, Unit 2, Brampton, Ontario L6S 0A2.
Payday loans and our other lending services are available only to residents of Ontario. They are not available to residents of other provinces or territories, or to people outside Canada.
We do not offer loans, accept applications or take payments online. The Website is for information only.
How we confirm location
Every transaction takes place in our store, so every customer must be physically present in Ontario. In addition:
Identity: we verify every borrower with valid, original, government-issued photo ID.
Ontario residence: we confirm that each borrower lives in Ontario, using their ID and, where needed, a recent document showing their current address, such as a utility bill, bank statement or pay stub.
No remote lending: we do not lend by phone, email, text, chat or through the Website. Online inquiries receive general information and an invitation to visit our store.
Out-of-province requests: if someone outside Ontario asks us for a loan, we decline and explain that we cannot lend in their province, territory or country.
Money transfers
Money transfers are sent from our Brampton store as a Western Union agent. Western Union’s systems control which countries and payout locations are available, and restrict transfers where service is not permitted. We also screen transfers against Canadian sanctions lists, and we refuse any transfer involving a sanctioned person, entity or country. See our AML Policy for details.
Our Website
The Website is intended for residents of Ontario, and the rates and terms shown apply only in Ontario.
Visiting the Website from somewhere else does not make our services available in that location.
We do not rely on a visitor’s IP address to decide eligibility. Eligibility is confirmed in person, as described above.
Before we offer any service online, we will put controls in place to limit it to eligible Ontario residents, such as IP-based location checks and verification of an Ontario address.
Review of these controls
Our Compliance Officer reviews these controls at least once a year, and whenever we add a new service, location or way of serving customers.
